What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, candidates, vendors, and business partners
Welcome guests and create a professional, friendly experience from the moment they arrive
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
Manage the reception area and help ensure the corporate office remains welcoming, organized, and professional
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist with conference room scheduling, meeting preparation, and office coordination
Support visitors and candidates arriving for meetings and interviews
Maintain office and breakroom supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
Assist with administrative projects, data entry, document preparation, and other office needs
Provide support for company meetings, employee events, and special projects
Work collaboratively with departments across the organization to assist with day-to-day needs
Handle information and interactions with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
