This position will begin at one of our Indianapolis communities for approximately six months, with the potential to transition into a Floating Leasing Associate role supporting multiple NTS communities throughout the area.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct tours and connect prospects with their new home

• Manage leads, applications, and leasing paperwork

• Provide top-notch service to current residents

• Promote community amenities and boost leasing success

• Collaborate with leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals

• Potentially support multiple Indianapolis communities as the role evolves

• Weekend availability required
