What You'll Do 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team. 

  • Maintain website content, including photos, videos, floor plans, pricing, and property information across marketing platforms. 

  • Assist with marketing platforms, including Yardi, Engrain, J Turner, Canva, and other systems by maintaining content, user accounts, and support requests. 

  • Coordinate orders for marketing collateral, promotional products, branded merchandise, and vendor materials. 

  • Create and update marketing materials using Canva, including flyers, referral cards, maintenance review cards, social media graphics, and other property collateral. 

  • Update promotions across websites, Google Business Profiles, chatbots, ILS feeds, and other digital marketing platforms. 

  • Monitor shared marketing inboxes and route requests to the appropriate team members. 

  • Perform website and online listing audits to ensure information is accurate and current. 

  • Support newsletters, employee headshots, property photography, and other department initiatives. 

  • Assist with department records, expense reports, training resources, and special projects as needed. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. 

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva is preferred. 

  • Previous experience in an administrative, marketing support, or coordinator role is preferred. 

  • Experience with website content management systems or marketing platforms is a plus.
